Refunds will be given if there is sufficient damage done to the item before received by the customer. If it is damage made by the customer there will be no refund made.

Refunds will not be made due to change of mind of the customer as the order is already finalised through the checkout. This includes whether or not the items fits etc.

A full refund will be made due to judgement from the vendor (Ashley Ellen Dance Costume Hire) and this will be refunded back through to the card that was used for purchase or by cash if the item/s was paid for by cash.
