How does the fitting process work?
Because we’re travelling down from the North Island, we’ll be bringing one of every size in each style we have in stock. During your fitting, we’ll find your perfect pair, and then your shoes will be ordered especially for you and sent to your home or studio within 2–3 weeks of the fitting.

Can I take my shoes home on the day?
Not this time, as we’re transporting a full range for fitting purposes only, your shoes will be delivered after the tour.

Who are the fittings suitable for?
Everyone! Whether it’s your first pair or your fiftieth, our fittings are designed for all levels of experience.

How long does a fitting take?
Each fitting is 30 minutes long, giving us plenty of time to make sure you get the best possible fit and comfort.

Can my teacher come along?
Absolutely, teachers are very welcome to join their students during fittings if they’d like to be involved.
